ASMR at the studio / Daily relaxation

Iets zeggen over lockdown en manieren vinden om even te ontsnappen aan de realiteit en weg te dutten in je zetel. ASMR-video’s are a great way to achieve that.
ASMR-videos have come a long way
I prefer real life situations over fabricated ASMR-video’s of people just scratching stuff and whispering annoying sounds into a microphone.
I’m not talking those fake … annoying. There’s some good ones out there … V&A. Here are 4 Youtube channels that really help you to escape and doze off for a while
I like ASMR-videos. There, I said it. Well, I like some of them. Not those where someone intentionally scratches a surface or whispers into a microphone. Those really get on my nerves. I like video’s of calming situations that make you doze off.
Those ASMR videos are a funny phenomenon. They continue to reach a wider audience, even my favorite museum V&A London started doing them. Yes, they can be really annoying (kunstmatig gemaakte video’s) maar ze kunnen ook heel effectief zijn. I sometimes watch them so I can doze off on my couch. Here are three of my current favorite doze-off channels/video’s
